Ode to Landing Gear

Wheels on an airplane may sound a bit redundant and unnecessary, until you don’t have them.  This is an ode to the oft forgotten landing gear.  Nobody even seems to care about you until you’re missing.

    I don't make fun of people making Gear-up landings, because there's two kinds of pilots, those who've made a gear up landing, and those that are going to. Just pray you flare REALLY well… Nice and easy…
