Had the pleasure to fly the Turkish A340 New York-Istanbul a few years ago. As far as cabin service (economy) is concerned it is one on the best airlines I've ever flown! |

it was a nice presentation for THY.One of picture are not official Turkish Airlines livery which is probably comes from FS2004.
THY is not perfect an airline but we can not say the worst.They are working hardly to get better day by day and they had too way about quality.So finally THY listed in one of the best 25 airlines by such of category so many time. THY is growing up day by day and they haven't got any purpose to the best airline in the world but I'm sure they have serious intentions to get known as one of quality airlines.

The ground staff and the telephone system for Turkish airlines is horrible. It takes forever to correct mistakes on bookings. They are not professional and lack knowledge. I had a booking and it took several days to correct.. |
